I’m 20. I was the previous Head of Growth at Turbo AI — I built their UGC program to over 3 billion views and took them from 500K to 11M+ users. Now I’m leaving to build something of my own.
I entered freshman year with no idea what I wanted to do. Everyone around me was chasing the same things — banking, consulting, SWE — but I knew none of it was for me. I wanted my work to actually make an impact, and to own things end to end.
I spontaneously joined Turbo AI as one of their earliest creators. Within six months I grew my own accounts to 50K followers and 50M views. All with zero prior experience.
I left Northwestern to join Turbo full-time as their Head of Growth. I built their UGC program to 2,000+ creators and 3B+ views all under $1 CPM.
As the company scaled, I moved beyond growth — taking on operations, finance, and eventually product. My goal had always been to learn as much as possible and understand every part of the business.
